Acceptable Use Policy

1. use the Service for patient diagnosis, treatment, triage, prescribing, or real-time clinical decision-making;
2. upload, enter, record, or process identifiable patient information, PHI, confidential health records, clinical images, or operative footage;
3. submit confidential, non-public, recalled, leaked, or otherwise prohibited examination material;
4. falsify logbook entries, WBAs, assessment evidence, portfolio materials, attendance, identity, credentials, or training experience;
5. use an AI output, score, or readiness band as the sole basis for a consequential decision about another person;
6. harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, exploit, or expose another person through the Service;
7. upload infringing, unlawful, obscene, hateful, deceptive, or malicious content;
8. record another person without permission where permission is required;
9. compromise security; share credentials; probe, scan, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service; introduce malware; or bypass access controls;
10. copy, systematically extract, resell, publish, train an external model on, or create a competing service from Service content or data;
11. reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or underlying models except where law expressly allows and cannot be excluded;
12. use bots or automated tools to access the Service without our written permission;
13. misrepresent affiliation with SurgeonAI or any examination, regulatory, training, or professional body; or
14. use the Service in breach of applicable law, professional standards, institutional policy, or these Terms.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, preserve relevant evidence, and report serious misconduct where necessary to comply with law, protect users, or enforce our rights. We will act proportionately and, where appropriate, provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
